Chicken egg yolk, purified by PEG extraction.
Immunogen: BSA-tert.Butyl Carbamide
Each vial contains 1 ml 5mg/ml of purified (PEG) polyclonal antibody in 0.1 M PBS pH 7.2 containing containing 0.02% sodium azide.
Target: MTBE, CAS no.: 1634-04-4, Solubility: Ethers, Alcohol, most organic solvents.
The antibody may be used in IAC. The titre of the antibody solution is 2,000, which means that the antibody should be diluted 2,000 times for 50 % binding.
Store at 4 °C or aliquot and store at -20 °C for longer periods. Precautions should be taken upon storage for longer periods. Problems of long term stability may occur with highly diluted solutions.
