Background
The anti-IgG (H+L) has been affinity purified and biotin conjugated at a labelling rate of usually >98%. The binding capacity of the antibody predominatly has been preserved and remains in the range of 93-99% (as measured by ELISA). Biotinylated anti-immunoglobulins are preferred reagents used in immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Western Blot, and other techniques because of the exceptional high affinity of Biotin to Avidin and Streptavidin. cross-reactivities are batch dependent, please enquire!.
