NuCycl DAPI (4', 6 - diamidino -2 phenylindole - 2 HCL) - DNA specific stain procedure. NuCycl DAPI allows the rapid isolation of nuclei from cells and tissues. NuCycl DAPI stains only DNA and DOES NOT stain RNA.
