ELISA Western Blotting |
Source
Chickens were immunized with highly purified Binary Toxin, A subunit, purified from Clostridium difficile. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified. Anti-Clostridium difficile Binary Toxin, Subunit A was immunoaffinity purified using the immunogen immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase.
