Mouse anti c-myc Tag a.a. 410-419Catalogue number: X1001
|Product Type||Monoclonal Antibody|
A ten amino acid tag corresponding to amino acids 410-419 of the human c-Mycsequence is frequently incorporated into recombinant proteins for a variety of purposes. Clone 9E10 anti-c-myc can then be used to detect the protein on western blot or to immunoprecipitate the recombinant protein when doing binding studies with transfected cells. Balb/C mice were immunized with the synthetic peptide EQKLISEEDL coupled to carrier. The resultant hybridomas were selected for reactivity with the immunogen by ELISA and with the antigen by western blot.
Synonyms: Mouse anti c-myc amino acids 410-419, a.a. 410-419, aa 410-419
Immunogen: Balb/C mice were immunized with the synthetic peptide EQKLISEEDL coupled to carrier. The resultant hybridomas were selected for reactivity with the immunogen by ELISA and with the antigen by western blot.
