COMMENTS Reacts with the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 and with the light chains of mouse IgM and IgA. Exhibits minimal cross reactivity with human IgG. Cross absorbed with pooled human sera and purfied human paraproteins. Affinity chromatography purification over pooled mouse IgG covalently linked to agarose.
Functional Analysis: ELISA
Positive Control: Specificity: Reacts with the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3, and with the light chains of mouse IgM and IgA as demonstrated by ELISA and flow cytometry. Minimal cross reactivity with human immunoglobulins.
