Chicken anti Clostridium difficile Binary Toxin, Subunit A, conjugated with HRPCatalogue number: ACdBTSA-HRP
|Product Type||Primary Antibodies|
Chickens were immunized with highly purified Binary Toxin, A subunit, purified from Clostridium difficile. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified. Anti-Clostridium difficile Binary Toxin, Subunit A was immunoaffinity purified using the immunogen immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase.
Product Form: HRP conjugated
Formulation: Phosphate Buffered Saline‚ 50% Glycerol with 0.01% Thimerosal
Purification Method: Egg-yolk derived IgY Affinity Purified
Concentration: See vial for concentration.
