CD30, humanCatalogue number: CD30-1
The CD30/Ki-1 antigen is expressed by mononuclear Hodgkin cells and by multinucleated Reed-Sternberg cells in Hodgkin's disease. It is also present on tumour cells of a majority of anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALL) and a varying proportion of activated T and B cells. App. one third of CD30+ cells lack LCA (CD45) expression. Human CD30 is a membrane glycoprotein, which is synthesized as a 90 kDa precursor protein which is processed by the Golgi apparatus into a phosphorylated membrane glycoprotein of 105/120 kDa. Human CD30/Ki-1 membrane glycoprotein 105/120 kDa..

*These antibodies are intended for in vitro research use only. They must not be used for clinical diagnostics and not for in vivo experiments in humans or animals. ** The preservative sodium azide is known to be poisonous and potentially hazardous to health. It should be handled only by trained staff. Despite of the product's low azide concentration it must be handled with care. Dispose according to regional rules!
