Functional Membrane Preparations

These functional membrane preparations of EDG receptors are recombinant cell lines tranfected to overexpress EDG receptors. These cells are then lysed and purified to contain only functional EDG receptors with an associated G-protein. These membrane preparations are ideally suited for ligand induced [35S]GTPgS binding assays.
